vegetable cutles

Ingredients:


potatoes 1/2 kg
green peas 1/2 cup
carrot 1 grind
green chillies chopped 4
mint 1/2 bunch
chorinder 1/2 bunch
eggs 2
lemon 2
bread slices 2
rice flour 3 tbsp
red chilli flakes
salt to taste
black pepper 1/2 tsp
white zeera 1 tsp
all species 3 tsp

Method: 

1.boil potatoes and mash them.
2.mix all the ingredians and with for 5 mins.
3.then give shape og cutles and fry then.
4.serve hot.
